Level 4 Training Split:
Monday: Glutes Weighted (Focus: Glutes)
Tuesday: Upper Body & Abs Circuit (Focus: Upper Body & Abs)
Wednesday: Cardio (Optional)
Thursday: Glutes & Back Circuit (Focus: Glutes, Lats & Shoulders)
Friday: Lower Body Weighted (Focus: Glutes, Hamstrings & Quads)
Saturday: Cardio Intervals
